Thai Powerlifting Bench Press Open

Thai Powerlifting Federation (TPF) is officially announcing the Thai Powerlifting Bench Press Open! The Thai Powerlifting Bench Press Open is scheduled for Saturday, April 10 at TPF Training Center.

Registration cost is 500 THB for TPF Members or 1000 THB for Members of another IPF Member Nation, (but please note that you will need written permission from your Member Federation).

To be clear, you will need to be either a. a Member of TPF or b. a Member of another IPF Member Nation in order to compete in our sanctioned competitions.

Session 1:

06:00 AM-07:00 AM Registration begins for session 1 competitors

07:00 AM-08:30 AM Weigh-In/Equipment Check for session 1 competitors

08:30 AM-09:00 AM Rules briefing and athlete warm-up

09:00 AM-10:30 AM Competition lifting

10:30 AM-11:00 AM Awards Presentation / Drug-Testing Protocol

Session 2:

11:00 AM-12:00 PM Registration begins for session 2 competitors

12:00 PM-01:30 PM Weigh-In/Equipment Check for session 2 competitors

01:30 PM-02:00 PM Rules briefing and athlete warm-up

02:00 PM-03:30 PM Competition lifting

03:30 PM-04:00 PM Awards Presentation / Drug-Testing Protocol
