Powerlifting is a strength sport consisting of 3 attempts each of the squat, bench press, and deadlift. The goal is to lift the most weight possible for a single rep. Sure, it’s a fairly simple concept, but there’s so much more to it.

Whether you’re an aspiring Powerlifting athlete or a current competitor, I can tell you that having a coach will have exponential benefits in your training and competitive careers.

Remember, Powerlifting is a sport and sports typically require a coach. A coach who has competed at the top levels of the sport is even better. They will help to push you, guide you, and teach you how to train correctly, recover correctly, and get into a championship mindset. But not everyone has access to elite level coaching in their city or location.

That’s why we’re proud to welcome you to the Official Thai Powerlifting Federation Online Academy!

Introducing our FIRST ONLINE course with Rob Ali of Ali Training Systems, who is a TPF Approved Coach and Top-Ranking USA Powerlifting Athlete!

In this online course, you will learn the basics of Powerlifting, how to improve your techniques in the sport both physically and mentally, and also get tips on being sharp and focused for Competition Day!
