Maria Htee competed in three provincial bodybuilding shows, two bikini and one figure show where she won the provincial overall title in 2013. She compete for team Canada at 57kg and 63kg classic open divisions. Htee is pound for pound the best female lifter in Canada.

Coaching Packages

The first program for most  beginner clients i usually suggest starting with hypertrophy program or Powerbuilding. This type of program can benefit not just beginner but all type of Athlete. 
 

1) This is a base building, program for powerlifters . The goals

are to put on lean mass, prepare for high workload, get into a rhythm with a powerlifters mindset,

And experience a variety of the basic movements before getting more specific.

  
          

2) With big movements, try not to grind. Seek high quality volume and keep rest periods short.

          

3) Follow tempo as it is written.

      
          

4) Go especially easy on Good Mornings and Deadlifts.

    
          

After 4 weeks, we’ll do another type of Accumulation program but more specific, try new tempos

and strength curves. For now, focus on the basics and do them well.
